Position Description

You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Air Systems Group, Logistics Department, Supply Division, Modification Kit Management Branch of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. This announcement uses the Certain Personnel of the DoD direct hire authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will make recommendations that ensure that the supportability analyses performed are logical, analytical, repeatable and auditable, and result in successful identification of maintenance requirements and support alternatives.
• You will provide sound logistics advice and facilitate the application of logistics concepts and policies across the program, in support of program goals.
• You will provide analysis and responses during the development and review of program Contractor Data Requirements Lists and Statements of Work.
• You will utilize established planning tools and procedures to plan, establish, and execute effective total life cycle goals for the assigned system.
• You will support appropriate interface activities and serve as a member of relevant program Integrated Product Teams.
