Position Description

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Centralized Coordination Department of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will extract information from databases and use various IT software programs to compile, organize, and synthesize data into usable information.
• You will apply a wide range of methods used to gather, analyze and evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile information, deconstruct high-level information into details, and abstract from lower-level information to general understanding.
• You will apply complex fact finding, analytical, and problem-solving methods and techniques.
• You will analyze/evaluate proposed initiatives, determine impacts on the organization, and recommend sound implementation approaches consistent with organizational goals.
• You will analyze complex problems and issues, assist in development of new procedures and criteria, and tactfully deal with top level and key personnel.
• You will serve as the Depot to Intermediate Maintenance (D to I) Facilitator for the Fleet Maintenance and Services Branch Head on FRC beyond capability Maintenance (BCM) and National Identification Number (NHN) interdiction selection process teams.
