This position will support day-to-day EMAS (Electronic Mate and Alignment System) Operations in Fort Worth, Texas. Will interface with all levels of management as well as customer. Ability to provide documentation, education, and procedural oversight to aircraft assemblers, mechanics and coaters

DESIRED SKILLS: 

• F35 Manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of LM Manufacturing Systems including, EDMS, MPRS II, QADS, PDM, MRP, SFM and EWI.
• Experience with LM organizational environment to include production engineering, manufacturing Engineering, production control and industrial Engineering.
• Prior Leadership Experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
• Experience identifying defective parts, equipment, and systems in order to determine root cause of problems and potential corrective actions.
• Experience with engineering and planning documents.
