    We are seeking a MANUFACTURING SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER in the Main Limited Area, Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) in Silverdale, WA to provide technical documentation support to the Navy and Lockheed Martin Customers in performance of TRIDENT II (D5) missile and Reentry Systems (RES) processing for the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program. Technical documentation will support weapons processing in various buildings within the facility’s secured area and aboard moored submarines. Documentation preparation and reviews will require detailed knowledge of Special Weapons Ordnance Publication (SWOP), Ordnance Documents (ODs) and Unsatisfactory Response Reports (URR) systems. In this role you will:

    • Provide documentation support for activation of new buildings and processes.
    • Manage all classified documents held or processed by RES Production Support Group, including classified material receipt, transfer, storage, inventory, and destruction.
    • Maintain auditable records of classified documents originated, received, reproduced, transferred, or destroyed.
    • Manage administrative programs, serve as classified document custodian, Strategic Systems Programs Alteration (SPALT) management, training, etc.
    • Work regularly with SWFPAC Security Department SPB 50 representatives to support all aspects of the implementation and maintenance of the Limited Area Production Storage Complex (LAPSC) Access Control Program.
    • Execute, document and manage access control security files, access profile sheets and Badge Record Cards to ensure records are kept in accordance with local directives, policies, and procedures.
    • Maintain Access Lists and Entry Authorization Lists to provide positive access control to LAPSC.
    • Maintain a working knowledge of all SWFPAC Security policies, procedures, and systems.
    • Conduct routine audits of the access control processes, procedure, and database to ensure strict compliance with applicable directives.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School diploma with additional specialized training in specific aspects of job functions and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks, and 1 year of experience.
    • Be able to meet and maintain membership eligibility in the Personal Reliability Program and Radiological Controls Programs (PRP and RADCON).
    • Have eligibility to qualify for, and be willing to participate in the Nuclear Weapons Radiological Control (NWRC)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database systems, SharePoint).
    • US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED WITH THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A TOP-SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE. CANNOT BE A DUAL CITIZEN. INTERIM SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED PRIOR TO START.

    DESIRED SKILLS:

    • Demonstrated knowledge of SWOPs used for Strategic Weapons processing.
    • Have knowledge of the Electronic Unsatisfactory Report System (EURS).
    • Experience with management of classified documentation.
    • Demonstrated ability to cultivate effective working relationships.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop/administer administrative programs.
    • Ability to draft white papers, talking points, and presentations.
    • Promote change from an optimistic point of view.
    • Active security clearance (SSBI<5yrs) .
