Enables delivery of organizational development solutions that are aligned with the Lockheed Martin and Aeronautics business strategy. Builds partnerships with business leaders and client groups to understand their organizational needs and enables the delivery of effective solutions aligned to those business needs. Facilitates execution of organizational development solutions including change management, organizational design and coaching processes leveraging organizational and talent analytics. Models the organization’s desired culture and enhances the capacity for future changes in the organization. Supports the development of the change management, organizational design and coaching capability within the HR team. Utilizes processes, tools, and approaches that deliver enduring results and increases the organization’s ability to respond and adapt to change. Enables completion of organizational diagnostic processes, including organizational design elements, change impact analyses and change management plans. Assesses appropriate usage of measures of success for organizational development efforts. Partners with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and relevant Human Resources Centers of Excellence (COE) to deliver human resources programs and business outcome focused solutions. Participates in other initiatives as needed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development or Behavior, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Knowledge of the field/discipline of Human Resources practices, processes, and regulations
Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics
Demonstrated ability to adapt to change
Ability to facilitate teams to create solutions and resolve issues
Must demonstrate strong decision making and judgment
Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication
Demonstrated experience using relevant software tools/ solutions (e.g. Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
Experience utilizing human capital analytics and key workforce metrics
Knowledge organizational development solutions; including, organizational design and/or change management and leadership coaching practices
Knowledge of assessment methodology as applied to organizational development solutions
Knowledge of project management best practices
Experience consulting with an assigned client organization on Human Resources and/or organizational development topics
Demonstrated experience delivering results for the business in partnership with Human Resource’s Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other organizations as needed
