You will join the Air Traffic Systems (ATS) Program Management Office, reporting to the Navigation and Landing Systems (NLS) Director. You will work directly with many aspects of program management, including program operations reviews, business development, finance and six sigma methodology.

Key responsibilities for the qualified candidate include:

• Special projects for the NLS Director, including, but not limited to: 360 degree program review status, tracking of critical program issues, create consolidated program reports for ATS sub-mission area programs for leadership team, finance projects, management Fullerton mentor circle program.
• Participate in program operations reviews
• Raytheon 6 sigma project for the ATS Program Management Office
• Business development study to identify adjacent market opportunities for ATS products

Required Education

• Candidate must be enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in the area of finance or business administration.
• A GPA of 3.0+ in a 4.0 grade scale is desired.
• You must have obtained sophomore, junior, or senior status as of summer 2018.
