DESCRIPTION: This individual will perform F-35 Sustainment Supply Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities. In this capacity, the candidate will support the Project Engineer Leads by managing the F-35 sustainment supply cost, technical and schedule performance across multiple contracts. Responsibilities will include, coordinating, planning and implementing supplier contracting, providing coordination to resolve delivery issues and provide program guidance, reviewing the status of projects and budgets, supporting cost inquiries, variance documentation, and managing subcontractor performance. This candidate will perform monthly analyses and prepare reports to validate supply obligations, expenditures, and Estimates at Completion (EACs). The ideal candidate must be able to establish and monitor program budgets, track and reconcile actual costs, and recommend corrective action, when necessary. This person will also be responsible for receiving, validating, and approving supplier invoices. In doing so, the ideal candidate will review material purchases, labor reports, repairs, etc. The ideal candidate will use the Basis of Estimate (BOE) Tool, Integrated Cost & Schedule (ICAS), and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to gather cost and budget data. This candidate will work closely with all levels of personnel within F-35 Global Sustainment, F-35 Production, other functional departments, programs, suppliers and government personnel in capturing the financial data required to complete accurate financial reporting. Additionally, the candidate will provide earned value performance and EAC assessments. Further, the ideal candidate must be a self-starter and possess proficiency working with a variety of project management tools including MS Project and MS office tools. The expectation will be to augment company tools so that the Supply integrated project team (IPT) has the financial visibility to operate under a Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills. The candidate will perform other related duties and assignments, as required. This position is expected to be located in north Fort Worth at our F-35 Product Support Integration Center at 5555 N. Beach Street. • Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. DESIRED SKILLS: • Seeking a team player with a positive attitude who is a self-starter and has familiarization with logistics, wholesale aircraft supply support, financial, contracting, and product support activities. • Individual should be familiar with managing requirements development for sustainment support. • Candidate should have exceptional organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
