The selected candidate will be a member of the Depot Operations & Modification (DOMR) Team which is responsible for providing AMMM planning, scheduling, monitoring, and technical support for the movement of aircraft through depot/modification locations worldwide.

    • Provides Air Mobility & Maritime Missions (AMMM) Depot Operations Modification Retrofit (DOMR) support at Marietta, GA.
    • Maintains the schedule; coordinating planning and scheduling of logistics support elements / schedules, and supporting the required planning projections for the aircraft, which include the planned support resources, processes and methods needed for execution.
    • Assists in the development and provide scheduled work packages (SWPs) to the depot/mod locations for those aircraft to be inducted for modification or maintenance.
    • Provides integration with Business Management, Master Scheduling team and other product teams to prepare proposals, support task sheet development and prepare for program level reviews. Must be able to develop and assist in managing detailed project plans and timelines. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills an absolute must.
    • Must be able to work and communicate well in a team environment and assist project managers in monitoring and evaluating progress in assigned projects.
    • Supports meetings and participates in continuous improvement projects. DOMR technical support may include mod engineering support, depot maintenance assistance support, mod kit proofing and Trial Kit Installation support, & Configuration Management requirements, Digital Information Management System/Electronic Change Request System (DIMS/ECRS) drawings and related technical interface documents
    • as required.
    • Supports modification and retrofit planning, development, and execution. Monitors modification status reviews for cost, schedule, and technical impacts on mods and budgets and assists in providing assessment and technical support for evaluating and responding to Program Management (PM), Systems Program Office (SPO) and Major Commands (MAJCOMs) field related problems, technical and cost inquires, and support queries
    • based on leadership direction.
    • Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

    Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Mgt, Business, Finance, or related technical discipline from an accredited university.

    DESIRED SKILLS:

    • Experience, skill, or proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point & Access) and MS Project. Strong computer, administrative, & analytical skills, attention to detail and the aptitude to learn standard language used in aircraft maintenance/modification environment. Experience with aircraft maintenance, financial, or global sustainment.
