Candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive process for gathering quality metrics across all FTO deployed field operations and locations, determining data validity, compiling and sorting data into appropriate buckets, charting and presenting results to various levels of management.

DESIRED SKILLS: 

• Aviation maintenance experience
• Experience working with quality standards (e.g. ISO, AS9100..)
• Above average communication skills with the ability to garner trust from site leadership.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in quality, operations, production, test, business management, or another related discipline.
• Strong organizational skills in a data focused environment as demonstrated by prior employment positions, such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), tax preparation, accounting or equivalent.
• Experienced using MS Excel or similar application for data analysis, charts, pivot tables and embedding into presentations.
• Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.  This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
