  • Responsibilities

    Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to raw materials, parts, assemblies, processes, and or systems. Provides support to ensure raw material, parts, chemicals and/or finished products is compliant with quality standards and applicable government regulations. Conducts process surveillance audits to evaluate procedural adherence, documents findings and provides data to assigned team for trend analysis. Investigates problems, analyzes quality data, reviews nonconformance disposition for accuracy and assists with corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Performs containment efforts, tracks and controls nonconformance document data for accuracy and provides analysis to Quality Engineers for corrective action coordination. Interfaces with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and customer representatives to ensure requirements are met.

    Must be a US Citizen; this position requires a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

  • Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Ergonomics, or related human factors discipline from an accredited college

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience analyzing data, develop charting, read/write technical documents and build presentations.
    • Working knowledge of technical systems like PDM, QADS, Visualization Assembly System (VAS), and SFM systems.
    • Good communication skills are desired.
    • Ability to work well in a diverse team environment.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft programs.
