Independently performs non-routine and moderately complex assignments. Researches assignments, processes, and analyzes data and may develop recommendations. Competently uses computers and other systems to access, maintain, and manipulate data. May provide leadership, direction to lower level employees. In technical or production positions, may determine methods, operations, sequences; develops and/or modifies products and equipment to requirements and Final Acceptance inspection.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Math or a Science related discipline from an accredited college.
• Must be a US Citizen; this position requires a government security clearance.  This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
