  • Responsibilities

    Attention New College Graduates... Lockheed Martin is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our Robotic Process Automation Center of Excellence (COE) within Enterprise Integration. As a Business Process Analyst, you will become a key member of the Process Automation team at Lockheed Martin. This function works in the Aeronautics business unit to identify and deliver results on high-impact projects leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other advanced technologies. Your objective is to partner with RPA Portfolio Management and functional Subject Matter Experts to document as-is processes and decision making to support RPA design. As a result of direct collaboration with the functional process teams, the process documentation will be used to prioritize projects to optimize business processes and their overall performance.

    In this position, you will:

    • Participate in various types of interviews, meetings or workshops to define and document process for configuration of RPA solution;
    • Support creation of process definition documents with Process Automation Engineers;
    • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members;
    • Assist in developing communications, digital job aids, and training materials in support of RPA Change Management;
    • RPA is provided using Agile development methodology in a business casual environment.
    • Must be U.S. Citizen or able to work in the U.S. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
    • An understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram, and to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram


    • Experience with Visio or similar tool
    • Experience with Agile development methodology
    • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interview colleagues, gather business process details and identify solution requirements
    • Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs
