Job Description:

Help design, develop, and implement the front-end user experience for various applications in areas like virtual technologies, artificial intelligence, and mobile apps. Your first project will be designing and developing a user interface for an experimental machine learning system. You will contribute to research activities by designing and coding working prototypes for evaluation in an agile development cycle.

Required Skills & Education:

• M.S. in Computer Science or related technical field or Bachelors in Computer Science and 2+ years of direct experience.
• Well versed in MV*-based frameworks, languages, and tools including JavaScript, HTML5, AngularJS, Node.js
• Back-end development skills using Java, Spring, MongoDB, etc.
• Knowledge of design patterns for both front- and back-end development
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Self motivated, independent, inquisitive, and committed to quality
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• This position requires a U.S. person or the ability to obtain an Export Authorization from the appropriate government agency for non-U.S. persons

Desirable Skills:

• UX experience, including rapid prototyping
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and analytic tools (e.g., Tensorflow, Caffe, R)
• Experience with Amazon Web Services and Amazon Mechanical Turk
• Language experience with Python, C++, C#, and Go
