    Position Description

    You will serve as a Supervisory General Engineer/Supervisory Computer Scientist as the WOLF Rapid Capability Engineering Group Rapid Capability Solutions Department Head of the of Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Webster Outlying Field (NAWCAD WOLF).

    Position Duties/Responsibilities

    • You will be responsible for managing very high level and challenging research and development programs and leading the teams who carry out the engineering / scientific work.
    • You will exercise judgment in making government decisions or in taking government action in regard to activities in which the final decision or any action may have economic impact on the interest of any non-federal entity.
    • You will serve as a Principal Technical Manager for specialized projects and/or program management positions comprised of duties that involve high-level research.
    • You will be responsible for work accomplishment through both technical and administrative leadership of assigned employees.
    • You will be a prominent technical manager who fulfills the level of proficiency and leadership essential to create and maintain state-of-the-art research and development programs
