You will serve as a SUPERVISORY BRANCH HEAD for the ELECTROMAGNETIC ATTACK T&E BRANCH in the NAVAL TEST WING ATLANTIC, MISSION SYSTEMS T&E, INFORMATION WARFARE T&E DIV. of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will technically and administratively direct and supervise a professional force of engineers and scientists.
• You will be responsible for managing personnel skills and processes as well as overall conduct of the branch.
• You will negotiate with APMTE/LTE/Mission Systems Test Team Leads to assign capable flight test engineers for specific projects and adjust such assignments as needed.
• You will provide technical direction and guidance for the planning, designing, directing, coordinating, conducting and reporting of installed mission and avionics systems as a technical authority.
• You will plan, direct, and control all activities and resources of the branch.
