Selected candidates will participate in training opportunities in teamwork, communication skills, cross-functional problem solving, and business strategy. Candidates for this position are selected while actively pursuing a Math or Science related bachelors degree and assessed by management as possessing requisite skills and abilities for development.

The selected candidate will work directly with the SQM (Supplier Quality Management) leadership Sustainment Team. The candidate will also work with other sustainment organizations to ensure contractual flow down is appropriate for the material or service being contracted, assist in the develop of quality performance indicators, establish standardized procedures and processes for Third Party Logistics, Commodity Depots and Inter-work transfer agreements between LM Aero and other LM companies.

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science degree
• Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access
• Microsoft Suite fluent
