This position is a great opportunity to be part of the F-16/F-22 Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) as an emerging leader. The selected candidate will support all phases of product development across multiple IFG Programs.

Specific responsibilities will include interfacing with engineering teams to perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.

In addition, the selected candidate will work closely with Engineering Leadership, Program Management, and Chief Engineering to drive successful execution of IFG Programs.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, or related technical field.
• Must be a US Citizen. This position will require government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Desired Skills

• Ability to work independently or in a team environment as required.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access).
• Experience with Agile or Scaled Agile Framework.
• Experience in software development/programming.
• A successful candidate will be a self-starter, willing to take on new challenges and experiences, a good communicator, and have an engineering/technical background.
