DESCRIPTION: A successful candidate will conduct hands-on lab testing of various coatings, sealants, adhesives, and paints. Will utilize environmental chambers, electro-mechanical test machines, processing tanks, and other lab equipment on a regular basis.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Materials Science or Materials Engineering
• Must be a US citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Good interpersonal skills
• Prefer lab experience in material characterization and qualification testing during college career
• Hands-on experience with Instron or MTS test equipment and setup of salt fog or temperature/humidity chambers a plus
• Experience with weatherometer and QUV exposure chambers would be beneficial
