    DESCRIPTION:As a Talent & Organizational Capability intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and play a critical role in the Aeronautics Talent Management, Organizational Development and Learning & Development key initiatives.

    • Collaborate with Learning Consultants and subject matter experts on the design of learning solutions (instructor led, virtual, elearning, etc)
    • Collaborate with Talent Management Consultants on key corporate and Aero deliverables for succession planning.
    • Collaborate with Organizational Development Consultants on change management activities for the Aero Human Capital priorities.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
    • Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
