A process engineer, data analyst & data base management within a large semiconductor company located in Goleta: Must have basic knowledge and fabrications skills pertaining to chemicals and handling of fragile semiconductor wafer materials. The individual should have a basic understanding of the technical aspects associated with the fabrication of semiconductor grade crystalline materials used for epitaxial growth. The applicant will further work towards optimizing utilization of databases. Assess data streams, data generation and format for storage, transfer and retrieval of data sets. Applicant will further analyze complex data sets and digital imagery to derive information critical to production and/or engineering. The application should be able to evaluate content management system for data retrieval from multiple databases. The applicant will work in a team based environment across the process engineering team, finance representatives and the computer support team.
