This is an entry level Systems Engineering position working Integrated Communication Systems (ICS) programs in Marlborough, MA as part of the Whole Life Engineering Center (WLEC).
The Whole Life Engineering Center is made up of multiple discipline engineers whose main objective is to influence hardware and systems early in their life cycle to assure effective operation, reliability, maintainability and economical ownership by the customer and end user, as well as implementing systems lifecycle maintenance and modernization plans. We are currently seeking a Multi-Disciplined Engineer to join our dynamic and growing engineering team supporting Integrated Communication Systems programs in Marlborough, MA.
Candidate will perform a wide variety of technical tasks in support of assembly processes, engineering design, quality, calibration, laboratory operations, production / test equipment, field operations, line maintenance and/ or chemical handling and engineering tests. The work environment encompasses the system integration and test phases of programs where problem solving and developing and implementing work-around and final solutions to issues is paramount. Design, fabricate, troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install a wide variety of cables, electronics, electromechanical, mechanical and hydraulic, computer laboratory and scientific equipment in electromechanical systems.
REQUIRED EDUCATION (INCLUDING MAJOR): Must have a BS / BA with a major in Electrical Engineering or other related field by Summer 2019 or have graduated within 18 months prior to start date.
