• Assist design manager and team on current projects,

• Work closely with vendors and clients and provide a positive interaction while representing company policy.

• Arranging meetings with clients and vendors

• Manage client invoices

• Purchase accessories, source furniture, fabrics, equipment, lighting, hardware, etc.

• Assisting in creating presentations including: renderings, drawings and inspiration/color boards

• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers on projects.

• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients by going above and beyond to make their design experience memorable to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Assist and preparing and executing special events and community initiatives that promote sales development in fiscally responsible manner in compliance with company guidelines.

• Operate computerized cash register, with customer loyalty and tracking system.

• Complete management reports as requested.

• Knowledge in social media

• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.

• Resolve client questions and concerns proactively and with integrity.

• Analytical and ability to identify trends.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Background in Interior Design a plus

• Ability to understand budgets, sales, scheduling impact and goals.

• Ability to stand/walk 8 or more hours a day, bend and twist, climb ladders, lift and carry objects weighing 20 lbs +/-.

• Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and CL Design team.

The down-to-earth designer creates spaces that are both visually impacteful and highly livable. Known for both using and designing highly sculptural furniture, sourcing unusual art and objects, Carrie creates colorful, highly original spaces that nevertheless contain an essence of warmth, whimsy and accessibility. Publications such as Russian Vogue,Town & Country, Home Decoration China and Angeleno have all published her work. Passionate and knowledgeable about contemporary art, Carrie has recently created her first boutique gallery in Los Angeles where she is highlighting works by some of today's most important up-and-coming artists, her favorite finds from around the world as well as her own custom furniture line.
