This opportunity has the potential to turn into a full-time role for the right person.
Job Description In this Customer Success position you play a central role: supporting educators on the Vidcode platform. You’ll be the face of Vidcode to the thousands of teachers who sign up each year, finding ways to spread the word, onboarding new teachers, and supporting them throughout the year.
You won’t just be supporting customers, you’ll inspire, support, and empower all the teachers on our platform, many who are teaching computer science for the very first time.

Vidcode is award-winning software that teaches K12 students computer programming through their favorite hobby: multimedia & videos. Project-oriented lessons allow students to create memes, video filters, interactive games, and face tracking projects, all with real programming languages. Vidcode offers full semester coding courses through AP CS Principles.
