Yup Technologies, an on-demand mobile tutoring platform, is looking for all-star Online Math Tutors to make a difference and help kids learn!

As a Yup Math Tutor you will:

• Get to work from your own computer, according to a flexible, weekly schedule (determined after reviewing your availability)

• Work as many hours as you want (10-hour minimum)

• Once signed into a shift, be matched with students --predominately in middle and high school -- as requests come in. You will get paid an hourly rate for all time you spend in your shift, not just time spent in sessions.

*Yup gives students instant access 24/7 to passionate, expert tutors who provide personalized instruction via one-on-one chat sessions. At Yup we place a large emphasis on giving students the tools they need to understand how to solve problems on their own.

• Must have thorough understanding of Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Probability and Statistics, and Calculus.

• Preference for those with prior teaching experience, although not necessary.

• Should be familiar with e-learning resources.

Yup is a smartphone app available for free on the iTunes App Store and Google Play Store that provides students, primarily in Middle and High School, with a way to receive instant personalized help in Pre-algebra, Algebra, Trigonometry, Geometry, Probability and Statistics, basic Calculus, Physics and Chemistry. All the student has to do is take a picture of their problem, and then they are connected within a minute to a chat room with a tutor who helps them work through it!
