Job Overview: Collabful, Inc is an education technology startup designed to give students trying to connect and collaborate the flexibility to access information and conversations, receive help for classes, and earn extra income tutoring classes you have already done well in seeking teaching assistants, graduate student instructors, other student instructors, former students, and alumni to be Guided Study Hosts. Guided Study Hosts will be provided additional compensation on top of conducting study groups since the platform is still in public beta and in the initial phases of attracting new users.

Job Duties

• Create and manage guided study groups on Collabful.
• Apply prior knowledge and coaching skills to mentor students on a virtual platform.
• Identify potential areas for student improvement.
• Leverage interpersonal connections and social media to increase brand awareness among students and establish Collabful as a resource for students to use for their classes and beyond.

• Self-Motivated. You are comfortable with managing time to complete your goals and working independently to accomplish anything. You don't rely on a lot of direction or external motivation to get the job done.
• Tech-savvy and able to utilize social media and other virtual platforms to increase engagement and manage guided study groups. You are excited and able to stay engaged with a remote work environment.
• Current teaching assistants, graduate student instructors, learning assistants, or equivalent preferred, but former students and alumni are also encouraged to apply.
