Our NY-based team is building a platform that provides mentored training to people looking for a career change. Many talented job seekers lack the necessary skills to be hired. Through our programs, they can learn what they need, and find a great job they'll love.

SkilledUp.com and SkilledUp Academy were created by the acquisition of two startups, but we run independently from our parent, one of the largest purchasers of online advertising in the world. This means we have the culture/drive of a startup, but the reach, benefits, and stability of a large company.

We're a small, close knit team that is looking to grow significantly in the next few months. You would help shape our culture as we grow. We do TDD (very high test coverage) with Rails, agile and approach our product with a lean perspective. Our code is pristine and we're proud of the work we produce.
