TEP is deeply committed to music instruction, evident in the fact that TEP students learn music every day at every grade level. TEP's 2nd grade Music Specialist will teach a 45-minute music period to each of the five 2nd grade classes. This is an amazing opportunity to introduce TEP's youngest students to the joys of singing, playing instruments, and music-making. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of lead teaching experience in Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Grade.

Each Master Kindergarten, 1st Grade, 2nd Grade Teacher position listed below is paid a $125,000 annual salary with a full benefits package. Each position requires a minimum of 2 years of lead teaching experience in Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Grade.

Originally a 5th through 8th grade middle school, TEP now also serves students in Kindergarten, 1st grade and 2nd grade, and will soon be adding Pre-K, 3rd, and 4th grades. TEP reallocates the public funding it receives as a charter school to pay its teaching professionals an annual salary of $125,000, with the opportunity to earn a significant performance bonus.
