  • Responsibilities

    The Administrative Coordinator supports the entire Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian Medical School Center for Continuing Education by answering the telephone, responding to general email inquiries, maintaining supplies inventory, and providing customer service. The person in this position supports program execution by assisting with activity input into our Learning Management System, maintaining accreditation documentation, inputting activity data into our LMS, corresponding with faculty, and submitting external accreditation applications. The person in this position must demonstrate excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate has a personable phone manner, is professional, reliable, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent administrative, communication and computer skills including Word, Excel, and Center specific software. Ability to prioritize, complete tasks in a timely manner and relevant experience in an office environment are assets. Associates degree and on-site hours will be required.

    Required Skills

    Associate's degree with 3-5 years of related experience. Bachelor's preferred.
