Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development seeks a full-time Associate Director of Marketing & Communications to support the planning and execution of digital marketing, social media, and communications efforts that promote the college’s visibility and drive enrollment in alignment with both the college’s and Boston University’s brand. The Associate Director collaborates with graduate enrollment team members, university partners, and external vendors to develop effective, goal-oriented marketing strategies and campaigns.
The Associate Director brings a strong foundation in digital marketing, content creation, and strategic project coordination; and has the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, takes initiative, and is skilled in utilizing data to navigate complex problems and develop effective marketing strategies. Staying current with marketing trends, tools, and measurement strategies is essential, as is experience managing integrated campaigns across digital platforms.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications, this full-time hybrid position is based on the Boston University Charles River Campus and is eligible for the University’s comprehensive benefits program for staff.
