The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, communicative and excited about being a part of a unique effort to build a returns & fulfillment model for a one-of-a-kind marketplace in the ecommerce wholesale warehousing industry.
What you will learn:
- How to carry-out returns processing & order fulfillment from start to finish
- How to inspect inbound returns for damage, defects, misrepresentation
- How to utilize inventory management software to process and locate merchandise
- How to label and organize inventory according to shelving location system
- How to utilize project management software to process, track, document efforts from start to finish
- How to pick and pack ecommerce orders, upholding fantastic fulfillment standards and helping implement sustainable fulfillment efforts
- How to document feedback, pain-points, and successes on returns processing, order fulfillment, shelving organization, and inventory management systems to later present in strategy sessions with the team
Requirements:
- This position requires that candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship in the future
- Must be able to lift objects/boxes up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to commute to Burbank, CA and work in-person, subject to COVID-19 protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competitive GPA
- Proficient computer literacy, open to learning new software programs. Familiarity with Notion, Monday, Slack, Kustomer, Excel and Google Suite helpful but not required.
