LEO seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented administrative professional with exceptional coordination and communication skills to serve as its next Administrative Coordinator. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations at LEO, providing comprehensive office, scheduling, and executive support to advance the team’s mission.

The Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities (LEO) at the University of Notre Dame is a research center that partners with service providers to identify effective, evidence-based solutions to poverty in the United States. Through rigorous research and a deep commitment to impact, LEO helps scale what works–advancing data-driven approaches to poverty alleviation.

The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, delivering excellent hospitality and office support, and ensuring processes run smoothly across the institute. This position requires a polished communicator, a collaborative team member, and someone who can navigate a large university system while supporting a fast-paced, growing institute.
