Camp Walden is a traditional girls' residential summer camp in Denmark, Maine with a strong Arts and Crafts program, including ceramics, metalworking, drawing, painting and printmaking. We are looking for someone to join our Art Department and work with our campers to tap into their creative selves!

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience in the fine arts in any of the mediums mentioned above and love working with children.

Compensation:

This is a seasonal position, June 10 to August 14, 2021, and the salary range is $2000-$2500, depending upon your experience, plus room, board and a travel allowance. Housing is provided in cabins with campers though there are some spaces for non-bunk counselors. Two nights off/week and 6 12-hour days off during the 7 weeks the girls are at camp and 1 24-hour period off.
