    Job Description: Assistant Principal Fellows

    Are you a passionate, driven, lead teacher looking for an intellectually charged environment where you can make an impact? As an Assistant Principal Fellow at New York City’s top-performing K-12 charter network, you will be part of a team of professionals committed to teaching and preparing children to be self-assured thinkers and learners, capable of exploring and debating sophisticated ideas, and ready for college and whatever they set their sights on.

    We seek excellent lead teachers who have 2-3 years of experience and are excited to move into a leadership role. You will join us as an Assistant Principal Fellow and be developed by some of the best educators in the country. In your first year, you will complete a teaching rotation while being paid at a junior leadership level. This first year of learning our school design will set you up to be a fully functioning assistant principal from the start of your second year. As a result of the exceptional supports, curriculum resources, training and development you will have access to, along with your insatiable appetite for continuous improvement, you will have the runway to increase your readiness for the top job upon completion of the Fellowship -- a principal at one of New York’s top-performing charter schools.
