Most recently, she served as Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO at Martin‑Brower, supporting executives with oversight across 15 countries. In this role, she acted as a trusted strategic partner—managing high‑stakes, rapidly shifting calendars, confidential communications, and executive priorities while coordinating multi‑leg international travel, executive offsites, and global leadership meetings. Her background also includes long‑tenure executive support roles with Nestlé in the Middle East, Asia, Oceania, and Africa, where she supported senior leaders across up to 16 countries and partnered closely with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure cross‑functional alignment and operational clarity. [Microsoft...Resume 1.1] Across her career, Vanita consistently operates as an extension of executive leadership rather than transactional administrative support. She describes herself as a “strategy partner” and demonstrates this through her ability to anticipate evolving priorities, synthesize information across stakeholders, and exercise sound judgment about when to escalate issues and when to shield leaders from distraction. Known for her discretion, calm demeanor under pressure, and “swan on the water” approach, she is highly effective at maintaining clarity on priorities, ensuring consistency, and facilitating open, proactive communication. Hiring leaders can expect someone who does not need to be prompted—Vanita naturally examines what is changing, what matters most, and why, and adjusts execution accordingly. She is particularly strong in meeting planning, executive travel logistics, and systems management, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Copilot, and enterprise tools that enable her to hit the ground running. [Microsoft...Resume 1.1] Vanita has demonstrated stability and commitment in long‑term executive support roles, including more than a decade with Nestlé, and left her most recent role at Martin‑Brower due to an unsustainable commute rather than performance‑related concerns. She is intentionally prioritizing opportunities closer to home to ensure long‑term alignment and success. From a practical standpoint, she has communicated a compensation target of $52/hour, availability to work up to two weekends if needed, and near‑term availability between May 15–18. Overall, Vanita brings global executive‑level experience, strategic partnership capability, and maturity that would allow her to immediately support senior leaders with confidence, discretion, and minimal ramp‑up time.). _
