The Associate Dean of Academic Affairs plays a critical leadership role in driving day-to-day academic operations, supporting faculty excellence, and ensuring outstanding student outcomes. In partnership with the Dean, this role helps execute the strategic vision for the BSN program while fostering a high-performing, student-centered academic environment.
You will lead faculty performance, ensure curriculum quality, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve teaching, learning, and program success—all while maintaining compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.

_In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $95,000 and $120,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
