    We're currently seeking an exceptional Associate Dean of Arts & Athletics to join our Leadership Team.

Given the investment we make in you and our scholars, we ask for a multi-year commitment for all Associate Dean candidates.

    As an Associate Dean, you will drive instruction and create a school culture of scholar talent through multiple practices, with a focus on our scholar talent program:

    • Honing their own moral authority and emotional intelligence to positively evolve their school’s culture;
    • Directly managing teams of teachers and being accountable for moving their instructional practice and their students’ achievement;
    • Managing teams and their participation in competitions and events such as track meets, chess tournaments, choral competitions, and theater productions;
    • Managing the budget and logistics for scholar talent events and competitions, having a strong fiduciary responsibility;
    • Managing the high school’s club program through coordination of advisors, club leadership, and club budgets;
    • Owning talent achievement while partnering with the other leaders on the leadership team to run an excellent school; and
    • Weighing in on decisions with school design and oversight, including scheduling, staff recruitment and hiring, data analysis, and ensuring operational excellence.

    Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.

    Compensation Range

    $90,000 - $90,000 USD
