    Job Description

    Success Academy, the fastest-growing, highest-performing charter school network in New York State, is seeking a dynamic and organized Associate for our School Quality Management Office (SQMO). We are nationally recognized for our innovative whole-child school model and exceptional academic outcomes.     About the School Quality Management Office (SQMO)

    Established in 2017, the SQMO is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of our schools. We act as the central hub for communication between network departments and schools, and are responsible for developing and implementing key policies and processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • School Engagement & Event Coordination

      • Serve as the primary liaison between individual schools and the corporate office for all school-related initiatives, including tours, pilot programs, photo/video shoots, and on-site events.
    • School Information & Communication Management

      • Maintain accurate and current school records and documentation.

      • Manage distribution lists and digital communication channels to disseminate critical updates to school leadership and staff.

    • Non-Academic Policy & Process Support

      • Assist in the development, storage, and communication of non-academic policies and processes.
    • Field Trip Program Support

      • Support the creation and implementation of a year-long educational field trip program for students.
    • SQMO Team Systems & Communications

      • Maintain and oversee digital systems housing shared team resources, ensuring ease of access and navigation for SQMO team members.

    Required Qualifications & Traits:

    • Bachelor’s degree.

    • 1-3 years of experience in project and event management.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of excellence.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Adaptability to new tools and processes, with a willingness to learn and respond to feedback.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adjust to changing priorities.

    • Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across various teams and schools.
