Job Description

We require spaces and facilities that allow for the delivery of programming to develop the whole child: blocks, exploratory science, dance, art, chess, sports, and more. With our rapid growth, Success Academies is seeking an experienced, innovative Associate, Supply Chain to partner with a fast-paced and forward-thinking team.
Responsibilities:
Working within our central Network office, our Associate, Supply Chain will report directly to our Leader Supply Chain. Key responsibilities include:
Oversee projects including supplier sourcing, price negotiation, supplier management and contract negotiation;
Develop and maintain planning forecast for all purchased goods;
Track all inventory through supply chain, from PO placement through production, transit, to destination;
Proactively generate ways to better streamline our processes and deliver an improved customer experience; and
Generate reports and develop analytical models to help facilitate key decisions.
Qualifications:
A successful applicant will have the following experiences and characteristics:
3+ years of supply chain experience supporting procurement and distribution in a high expectations environment
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
Impeccable project management and communication skills
Fluency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to interface with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Collaborative and feedback oriented with a high level of initiative, flexibility, and customer service; and
Organized with an attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00
