    Required Qualifications: **** Requires an associate degree with emphasis in computer and/or office skills, business administration or a closely related field. Two (2) years of work related experience is also required.

    Key Responsibilities **: **This is not a comprehensive list of responsibilities.

    • Provides administrative and organizational support to assigned unit, including performing research, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data, preparing reports and research documents, processing incoming/outgoing mail, preparing correspondence and memos, creating and maintain record system for area of responsibility, filing, faxing and photocopying.
    • Tracks, maintains, and reconciles budget information for assigned department; assists with annual budget preparation; completes and submits purchase requisitions; reviews contracts; maintains accurate files and records for area of responsibility.
    • Keeps appointment calendars and schedules appointments; makes reservations and travel arrangements; receives and screens calls, and refers callers to appropriate employees.

    **Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: **

    • Must have good customer service skills.
    • Be proficient with Microsoft Office.
    • Have the ability to compute and perform arithmetic operations using data and information.
    • Be able to perform clerical and technical tasks requiring a wide range of procedures
    • Must have strong organizational skills, as well as effective oral and written communication.
