WBUR is seeking a creative, energetic sales professional with a passion for the work of Public broadcasting and journalism. Your mission will be to identify and persuade local businesses and advertising agencies to invest in WBUR in exchange for exposure across WBUR’s various platforms including local airtime, national syndication, podcasts, digital assets, event sponsorship and more. Monthly, WBUR has 9.8 million terrestrial listeners across our local and national programs, 5 million podcast downloads and 3.5 million digital page views.

You will identify and pitch prospects, work closely with them to create media campaigns and develop messaging, and negotiate and input sales contracts and orders. You will also provide on-going customer service and account maintenance to existing clients as well.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree required with at least five to eight years of related work experience.
