HealthFitness has a great opportunity for a part-time (1 hr/week) ZUMBA INSTRUCTOR at our client site located in Phoenix, AZ. In this position, you will be responsible for providing fun, effective and safe group exercise to members participating in the program such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS:

• Zumba certification required.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED or BLS certifications through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
• Minimum 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to motivate others.

Required Skills Required Experience

Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or related discipline; 5 to 8 years experience in digital functions including (not limited to) digital strategy, content marketing, digital advertising, website strategy and deployment, user experience and architecture, SEO strategy development. Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practice. Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role. Substantial technical experience or knowledge. Ability to provide coaching or feedback in a constructive manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented and strong ability to multi-task and work on a cross-functional team. Adaptable problem-solver and team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently. Able to work on many projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Strong analytical, presentation, and time management skills. Ability to handle a high volume of work in a short period of time, handle multiple priorities simultaneously and operate in a demanding work environment is important.
