The Business Analyst provides the Research Compliance Department with systems maintenance, troubleshooting, work-arounds, and staff support. The Research Compliance department has numerous systems - some shared with other departments and/or organizational units at BU, and some that are solely in use by the department. These systems include Huron, SciSure, FIDDLE, Kuali and SharePoint. Some of these systems are old and outdated, others are newer to BU or to our organizational unit, or in transition from older systems to newer systems. The Business Analyst will provide Research Compliance with support on all of these systems, old and new, and act a liaison between the Research Compliance Department, other BU organizational units (including IS&T, EHS) and system vendors. The Business Analyst may also support Research Compliance systems by creating and/or testing scripts provided by vendors with new versions/updates/upgrades to systems.
