We are currently looking for a Baseball Instructor to join our summer team. Camp Walt Whitman, a co-ed, traditional New England summer camp, is looking for Athletic Counselors for this summer. Located on beautiful Lake Armington in New Hampshire's the White Mountains, Camp Walt Whitman is one of the premier children's summer camps in the nation.

Our Athletic program comprises approximately 50% of the daily activities that our 400 campers participate in. Therefore, having strong instructors is essential to the programmatic success of our camp. Our Athletics staff is comprised of fifteen college age coaches who are charged with teaching and coaching campers aged 7-15 who represent a wide range of ability and interest levels. This is a great opportunity for any aspiring teacher who wants to hone their skills as both an instructor and a coach in a fantastic residential setting. Instructors will work directly with our Athletic Director who will assist them with curriculum and program development.

• For this baseball instructor position, we seek people who have a passion for baseball and experience playing.
• Experience teaching and coaching baseball to children is a definite plus.
• Instructors will be leading 6 activities per day and will be responsible for planning each lesson.
• Coaching opportunities occur throughout the summer.
• When you are not teaching you will serve as a counselor for your assigned group of campers.

• Previous experience playing or coaching Baseball.
