    Job Description

    Pay $30.78 hr.

    Day Shift: - Monday -Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 10 hour days. Voluntary OT on Fridays.

    We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Batch Maker to join our Newark team.

    • Combine raw materials according to work orders for chemical admixture production
    • Operate machinery and PLC control screens, ensuring accurate measurements and recordings
    • Perform quality control checks and maintain company quality standards
    • Package and label finished products, ensuring proper appearance and documentation
    • Operate forklift safely to manage inventory
    • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, communicating with maintenance personnel as needed
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all ESHQ policies and wearing appropriate PPE
    • Follow quality initiatives and processes for ISO 9000, RCMS, and other relevant regulations
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Requires up to six months on the job training to learn manufacturing process/procedures, packaging of finished products according to specifications, storing of raw materials and finished products, prepare routine paperwork required and any special projects or unusual aspects of the job. One or more years’ experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful.

    Education:
    Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to understand and follow all written manufacturing work orders and oral instructions, read various measuring devices and perform basic mathematical calculations.

    Physical Requirements:
    The individual must be able to lift 50 pounds throughout the shift. Maximum lifting requirements are 70-80 pounds and must be able to push and pull up to 100 pounds.
