  • Responsibilities

    Serve as the primary point-of-contact with clients across the University for strategic digital (websites) and print marketing communication initiatives developed by Creative Services. Anticipate and manage client expectations. Maintain ongoing communications to keep clients abreast of project status via phone, email, and meetings. Lead and support projects. Ensure Creative Services’ team is prepared, thorough, and responsive throughout the duration of a project. Understand and support University brand guidelines.

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Three to five years’ relevant experience in communications. Strong knowledge of website and print design/development processes and requirements. Solid understanding of marketing strategy and principles. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under deadline pressure.  Demonstrated computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets. Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.  Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
