Serving as the main receptionist , and as the initial contact person for the department, guiding and directing visitors,accepting all mail and package deliveries, and as a liaison between students, faculty, the department and the University.Ordering, monitoring and storing the office stationery and supplies for the department. Coordinating and overseeing the course evaluation process,calculating scores and maintaining custody of evaluation records.Planning and coordinating Commencement related activities for the department and updating the Manger. Providing secretarial support for 6 to 8 assigned Faculty.

Required Skills

Required Education: Associates Degree

Preferred: Bachelors

Minimal level of work related experience: 1-3 yrs

Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google suites, receptionist skills, particularly in terms of phone, email and file organization.
