    This Assistant Director of Master's Admission, Recruitment, & Financial Aid supports the Director of Master's Marketing & Enrollment in the development and execution of comprehensive, recruitment, conversion, and yield plans for the master's programs in the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences in support of budgeted enrollment targets.

    • This position serves as primary counsel to prospective GRS master's students throughout the enrollment funnel. Is responsible for proactively engaging prospective students in communication through various relevant media.
    • Represents the College at local, national, and international recruitment and yield events. Handles the creation and implementation of virtual information sessions as well as on-campus events throughout the year.
    • Provides weekly, monthly, annual, and ad hoc reporting and analysis of quantitative and qualitative enrollment funnel data to the Director.
    • Serves as direct supervisor to the Masters' Admissions & Financial Aid Associate. Is responsible for oversight of all admissions and financial aid processing for new and continuing masters and BA/MA students.
    • The Assistant Director serves as liaison to the International Student and Scholars office. Works closely with the Associate and a large population of international applicants in the collection and processing of international documentation for I-20 creation.
    • This position is the primary manager of the WebAdmit application system for all GRS masters programs and plays a critical role in the planning and administration of the masters' admissions workflow. Collaborates regularly with the academic departments throughout the admissions cycle, providing mentorship around admission policies and procedures as well as system training and support.

    Required Skills

    • Bachelors Degree Required for this position, Master's degree preferred
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in higher education admissions
    • High level of proficiency in data reporting preferred
    • Valid Driver's license and willingness to travel required
    • Strong analytical skills, efficient, self-motivated with the ability to follow through and implement process improvement
    • Proven ability to exercise discretion in working with highly confidential and sensitive matters
