Early College High School is an Options Program within the Beaverton School District. Students apply to our program at the end of their Sophomore year and complete all high school requirements during 11th and 12th grade as full time college students at either PCC Rock Creek or Sylvania. Our program maintains offices at PCC Rock Creek and Sylvania and our staff work full time on the college campus. This position will be working out of our offices at the PCC Rock Creek Campus, and as we are on the college campus, it follows the college campus hours of 8am-4:30pm. Selected candidates will be working extensively within Beaverton and PCC’s information systems and networks and training on both systems will be provided by BSD and PCC. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a collaborative environment are essential for successful candidates. Successful candidates will have excellent knowledge of office management software such as Google Suite and MS Office Suite (especially Excel or Google Sheets). In addition, the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; demonstrate resourcefulness and tact in public contacts and handle sensitive and confidential matters and situations are essential for success in this position. *Bilingual Candidates are encouraged to apply HOURS PER DAY: 8 SCHEDULE: 8:00AM - 4:30PM CALENDAR: 212
