Job Description

We are currently seeking a Relocation Counselor that can use their knowledge, skills, and abilities to assist in building a successful relocation business.

Essential Functions & Major Accountabilities:

• Field leads for incoming and/or outgoing referrals, assess client needs, respond to inquiries and counsel client throughout relocation process
• Provide support with preparation and coordination of forms, correspondence, relocation packets, marketing materials, agreements, inspections and other client or transaction documents
• Comply with all E&O Plus, legal and regulatory requirements
• Analyze survey input and estimate output for accuracy and contract compliance
• Keep all lines of communication open, friendly and informative throughout the duration of the relocation.
• Perform follow-up calls on all services provided.

• Experience with CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce) a plus

Required Experience

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related program of study preferred
• 3-5 years sales experience
• Corporate relocation experience preferred
• Virginia Broker’s or Real Estate license preferred
