Evening/weekend shifts required. Must transport residents in 12 or 15-passenger van as necessary. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with at least 1 year human services experience. Experience may be paid, volunteer, internship or practicum. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a human services discipline or related field such as criminal justice. Experience with at-risk youth, counseling and residential care preferred. Ideal candidate is competency-based, flexible and a strong team player.
